AquaViva KURX1H1HA1003
Дозирующий насос AquaViva перистальтического типа серии KU. Автоматический прибор с настраиваемой скоростью для перекачки хлорного (Redox) реагента. Рекомендован в качестве устройства постоянного дозирования химии для стерилизации бассейнов различного объема. Хлорный раствор из емкости (в комплект не входит) засасывается в трубку за счет вращения рабочей головки насоса с роликами. Далее жидкость продолжает движение и подается через трубку в точку впрыска реагента в контуре водоподготовки бассейна. Раствор смешивается с водой, поступающей в бассейн, и обеспечивает стерилизацию среды. Серия насосов AquaViva KU использует трубки из высококачественного сантопрена, имеющего повышенную механическую и химическую стойкость.

Принцип работы
Перистальтических насосов
Принцип действия перистальтических насосов основан на передавливании эластичной трубки катящимися по окружности роликами. Жидкость засасывается через входящий клапан, а пережимание трубки на узких местах трека обеспечивает равномерное ее проталкивание на выход насоса (выпускной клапан).
В моноблочном насосе элементы управления и механического вращения (привод, редуктор) находятся внутри одного корпуса-кожуха. Производительность перистальтического насоса зависит от проходного сечения трубки, скорости вращения вала и количества роликов или “башмаков” (от 2 до 8). Количество также определяет равномерность потока жидкости.
В перистальтических дозирующих насосах перекачиваемые реагенты не контактирует с узлами и корпусом.
Это позволяет качать даже едкие растворы, не подвергая материалы износу. Единственная деталь, которая контактирует с реагентом – трубка, которая легко заменяется по истечению срока службы.
Дозирующие насосы AquaViva используют трубки Santoprene
Сантопрен – термопластичная резина и химический эквивалент сопротивления неопрена. Близок к свойствам термореактивной резины EPDM, сочетая характеристики вулканизированного каучука с технологическими свойствами термопластов. Сантопрен может работать при 135°С (постоянно) и 150°С (временно). Имеет огромную устойчивость к старению, истиранию, передавливанию. Устойчив к широкому спектру химических веществ включая хлор, кислоты.

Заземление дозирующих насосов
Заземляющий электрод рекомендуется устанавливать в непосредственной близости от электродов PH, FreeCl или ORP. Это оборудование позволяет отводить остаточные (блуждающие) токи, которые могут давать сбои в работе станции дозации при замере PH, FreeCl и ORP. Также могут повреждаться металлические изделия, находящиеся в непосредственном контакте с водой бассейна (панели, оси валов насоса и т.д.).
